What this is
BATNA Cockpit is a private tool run by one person for their own negotiation preparation. It is not offered as a service to anyone else.
Who may use it
One account, allowlisted by the operator. Sign-in from any other account is refused. There is no way to request access, and there is nothing to buy.
What it costs
Nothing. It takes no payments and has no accounts to bill.
What it promises
Nothing. It is provided as-is, with no warranty and no guarantee of availability or of the accuracy of anything it computes or generates. Its analysis and its AI-generated suggestions are working aids for the operator’s own judgement, not advice of any kind.
Changes
The operator may change or shut down the tool at any time, without notice, because the operator is the only person affected.
