BATNA Cockpit is a private tool run by one person for their own negotiation preparation. It is not a product, it has no customers, and it is not open to sign-up.
Who runs it
The operator of this instance runs it for themselves. There is no company behind it and no support desk. Reach the operator at the address you already have.
What it stores
Notes the operator types into it: negotiation cases, the names of counterparties, interests, options, numbers, and the operator’s own working commentary. It also stores the Google account identifier and email address of the one account permitted to sign in, which is how a session is tied to its owner.
Who else receives any of it
One third party, in one situation: when the operator explicitly asks the built-in advisor for a strategy, the contents of that case are sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the response. Nothing is sent to Anthropic unless the operator invokes the advisor on that case.
Beyond that, the data sits in the hosting and database providers this instance runs on and goes nowhere else. Error reports are collected to keep the tool working; they are configured to carry no request bodies, so case content does not travel with them.
What it does not do
- There are no other users. Nothing is shared, published, or visible to anyone else.
- There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
- Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train anything.
- The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps the operator signed in.
Deleting it
The operator can delete any case from within the tool, and can delete the whole instance and its database at any time.
